Introduction 

The objective of this course is to develop mathematical knowledge as a key life skill, and as a strong base for the children preparing for high school. The course begins with the learning of basic mathematics concepts introduced in D1, advancing them to be able to solve word problems and identify the situation in which those concepts are relevant.

 

Our focal point is:

• To inculcate all the concepts introduced in D1 and give good practice through book questions and past-paper questions.

• To make sure that students have a sound base of mathematics before they move onto the next books D2, D3 and D4.

• To make the students capable enough to grasp complex concepts of mathematics easily

• To help students find the connections between different areas of math so that they can appreciate the interconnected nature of different math topics.

• Students who wish to revise their basic concepts before they appear in Board Examinations

• Students who find Math mysterious and boring.

Course Objectives

• Acquaint the students with three different branches of math that is Arithmetic, algebra and geometry.

• Make students practice mathematical problem to achieve firm grasp over the complicated problems.

• Enhance creative and deductive thinking skills

• Ensure students have fun while learning about math challenging their brains at the same time.

• Identify high-ability students who have natural aptitude towards math and can pursue math as a profession.
